How to uninstall qt5-default from Ubuntu

Uninstall qt5-default

To uninstall just qt5-default package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove qt5-default

Uninstall qt5-default and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the qt5-default package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove qt5-default

Purging qt5-default

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of qt5-default from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge qt5-default

To delete configuration and/or data files of qt5-default and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge qt5-default
