How to uninstall python3-pysrt from Ubuntu

Uninstall python3-pysrt

To uninstall just python3-pysrt package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove python3-pysrt

Uninstall python3-pysrt and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the python3-pysrt package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove python3-pysrt

Purging python3-pysrt

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of python3-pysrt from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge python3-pysrt

To delete configuration and/or data files of python3-pysrt and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge python3-pysrt
