How to uninstall python-zope.dottedname from Ubuntu

Uninstall python-zope.dottedname

To uninstall just python-zope.dottedname package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove python-zope.dottedname

Uninstall python-zope.dottedname and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the python-zope.dottedname package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove python-zope.dottedname

Purging python-zope.dottedname

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of python-zope.dottedname from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge python-zope.dottedname

To delete configuration and/or data files of python-zope.dottedname and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge python-zope.dottedname
