How to uninstall motif-clients from Ubuntu

Uninstall motif-clients

To uninstall just motif-clients package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove motif-clients

Uninstall motif-clients and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the motif-clients package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove motif-clients

Purging motif-clients

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of motif-clients from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge motif-clients

To delete configuration and/or data files of motif-clients and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge motif-clients
