How to uninstall lubuntu-icon-theme from Ubuntu

Uninstall lubuntu-icon-theme

To uninstall just lubuntu-icon-theme package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove lubuntu-icon-theme

Uninstall lubuntu-icon-theme and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the lubuntu-icon-theme package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove lubuntu-icon-theme

Purging lubuntu-icon-theme

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of lubuntu-icon-theme from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge lubuntu-icon-theme

To delete configuration and/or data files of lubuntu-icon-theme and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge lubuntu-icon-theme
