How to uninstall lubuntu-default-session from Ubuntu

Uninstall lubuntu-default-session

To uninstall just lubuntu-default-session package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove lubuntu-default-session

Uninstall lubuntu-default-session and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the lubuntu-default-session package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove lubuntu-default-session

Purging lubuntu-default-session

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of lubuntu-default-session from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge lubuntu-default-session

To delete configuration and/or data files of lubuntu-default-session and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge lubuntu-default-session
