How to uninstall lua-dbi-common from Ubuntu

Uninstall lua-dbi-common

To uninstall just lua-dbi-common package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove lua-dbi-common

Uninstall lua-dbi-common and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the lua-dbi-common package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove lua-dbi-common

Purging lua-dbi-common

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of lua-dbi-common from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge lua-dbi-common

To delete configuration and/or data files of lua-dbi-common and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge lua-dbi-common
