How to uninstall lua-curses from Ubuntu

Uninstall lua-curses

To uninstall just lua-curses package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove lua-curses

Uninstall lua-curses and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the lua-curses package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove lua-curses

Purging lua-curses

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of lua-curses from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge lua-curses

To delete configuration and/or data files of lua-curses and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge lua-curses
