How to uninstall libxmlrpc-lite-perl from Ubuntu

Uninstall libxmlrpc-lite-perl

To uninstall just libxmlrpc-lite-perl package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove libxmlrpc-lite-perl

Uninstall libxmlrpc-lite-perl and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the libxmlrpc-lite-perl package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove libxmlrpc-lite-perl

Purging libxmlrpc-lite-perl

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of libxmlrpc-lite-perl from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge libxmlrpc-lite-perl

To delete configuration and/or data files of libxmlrpc-lite-perl and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge libxmlrpc-lite-perl
