How to uninstall libgexiv2-0 from Ubuntu

Uninstall libgexiv2-0

To uninstall just libgexiv2-0 package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove libgexiv2-0

Uninstall libgexiv2-0 and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the libgexiv2-0 package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove libgexiv2-0

Purging libgexiv2-0

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of libgexiv2-0 from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge libgexiv2-0

To delete configuration and/or data files of libgexiv2-0 and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge libgexiv2-0
