How to uninstall libdvbpsi-dbg from Ubuntu

Uninstall libdvbpsi-dbg

To uninstall just libdvbpsi-dbg package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove libdvbpsi-dbg

Uninstall libdvbpsi-dbg and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the libdvbpsi-dbg package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove libdvbpsi-dbg

Purging libdvbpsi-dbg

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of libdvbpsi-dbg from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge libdvbpsi-dbg

To delete configuration and/or data files of libdvbpsi-dbg and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge libdvbpsi-dbg
