How to uninstall libdigest-md4-perl from Ubuntu

Uninstall libdigest-md4-perl

To uninstall just libdigest-md4-perl package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove libdigest-md4-perl

Uninstall libdigest-md4-perl and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the libdigest-md4-perl package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove libdigest-md4-perl

Purging libdigest-md4-perl

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of libdigest-md4-perl from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge libdigest-md4-perl

To delete configuration and/or data files of libdigest-md4-perl and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge libdigest-md4-perl
