How to uninstall libcommons-parent-java from Ubuntu

Uninstall libcommons-parent-java

To uninstall just libcommons-parent-java package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove libcommons-parent-java

Uninstall libcommons-parent-java and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the libcommons-parent-java package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove libcommons-parent-java

Purging libcommons-parent-java

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of libcommons-parent-java from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge libcommons-parent-java

To delete configuration and/or data files of libcommons-parent-java and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge libcommons-parent-java
