How to uninstall libcomerr2-dbg from Ubuntu

Uninstall libcomerr2-dbg

To uninstall just libcomerr2-dbg package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove libcomerr2-dbg

Uninstall libcomerr2-dbg and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the libcomerr2-dbg package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove libcomerr2-dbg

Purging libcomerr2-dbg

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of libcomerr2-dbg from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge libcomerr2-dbg

To delete configuration and/or data files of libcomerr2-dbg and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge libcomerr2-dbg
