How to uninstall libbfio-dev from Ubuntu

Uninstall libbfio-dev

To uninstall just libbfio-dev package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove libbfio-dev

Uninstall libbfio-dev and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the libbfio-dev package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove libbfio-dev

Purging libbfio-dev

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of libbfio-dev from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge libbfio-dev

To delete configuration and/or data files of libbfio-dev and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge libbfio-dev
