How to uninstall libapol4 from Ubuntu

Uninstall libapol4

To uninstall just libapol4 package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove libapol4

Uninstall libapol4 and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the libapol4 package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove libapol4

Purging libapol4

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of libapol4 from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge libapol4

To delete configuration and/or data files of libapol4 and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge libapol4
