Uninstall fonts-moe-standard-kai

To uninstall just fonts-moe-standard-kai package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove fonts-moe-standard-kai

Uninstall fonts-moe-standard-kai and it's dependent packages
