How to uninstall deluge-torrent from Ubuntu

Uninstall deluge-torrent

To uninstall just deluge-torrent package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove deluge-torrent

Uninstall deluge-torrent and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the deluge-torrent package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove deluge-torrent

Purging deluge-torrent

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of deluge-torrent from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge deluge-torrent

To delete configuration and/or data files of deluge-torrent and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge deluge-torrent
