How to uninstall dds2tar from Ubuntu

Uninstall dds2tar

To uninstall just dds2tar package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove dds2tar

Uninstall dds2tar and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the dds2tar package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove dds2tar

Purging dds2tar

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of dds2tar from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge dds2tar

To delete configuration and/or data files of dds2tar and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge dds2tar
