How to uninstall dalvik-exchange from Ubuntu

Uninstall dalvik-exchange

To uninstall just dalvik-exchange package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove dalvik-exchange

Uninstall dalvik-exchange and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the dalvik-exchange package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove dalvik-exchange

Purging dalvik-exchange

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of dalvik-exchange from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge dalvik-exchange

To delete configuration and/or data files of dalvik-exchange and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge dalvik-exchange
