How to uninstall cvs-fast-export from Ubuntu

Uninstall cvs-fast-export

To uninstall just cvs-fast-export package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove cvs-fast-export

Uninstall cvs-fast-export and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the cvs-fast-export package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove cvs-fast-export

Purging cvs-fast-export

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of cvs-fast-export from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge cvs-fast-export

To delete configuration and/or data files of cvs-fast-export and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge cvs-fast-export
