How to uninstall classmate-tools from Ubuntu

Uninstall classmate-tools

To uninstall just classmate-tools package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove classmate-tools

Uninstall classmate-tools and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the classmate-tools package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove classmate-tools

Purging classmate-tools

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of classmate-tools from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge classmate-tools

To delete configuration and/or data files of classmate-tools and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge classmate-tools
