How to uninstall chemps2 from Ubuntu

Uninstall chemps2

To uninstall just chemps2 package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove chemps2

Uninstall chemps2 and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the chemps2 package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove chemps2

Purging chemps2

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of chemps2 from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge chemps2

To delete configuration and/or data files of chemps2 and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge chemps2
