How to uninstall check-mk-agent from Ubuntu

Uninstall check-mk-agent

To uninstall just check-mk-agent package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove check-mk-agent

Uninstall check-mk-agent and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the check-mk-agent package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove check-mk-agent

Purging check-mk-agent

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of check-mk-agent from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge check-mk-agent

To delete configuration and/or data files of check-mk-agent and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge check-mk-agent

check-mk-agent package information

name check-mk-agent
section admin

general purpose nagios-plugin for retrieving data
