How to uninstall cedar-backup3-doc from Ubuntu

Uninstall cedar-backup3-doc

To uninstall just cedar-backup3-doc package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove cedar-backup3-doc

Uninstall cedar-backup3-doc and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the cedar-backup3-doc package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove cedar-backup3-doc

Purging cedar-backup3-doc

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of cedar-backup3-doc from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge cedar-backup3-doc

To delete configuration and/or data files of cedar-backup3-doc and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge cedar-backup3-doc
