How to uninstall bugmail-extension from Ubuntu

Uninstall bugmail-extension

To uninstall just bugmail-extension package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove bugmail-extension

Uninstall bugmail-extension and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the bugmail-extension package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove bugmail-extension

Purging bugmail-extension

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of bugmail-extension from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge bugmail-extension

To delete configuration and/or data files of bugmail-extension and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge bugmail-extension

This is a transitional dummy package to ease the migration from the bugmail-extension to the new xul-ext-bugmail package. You can remove it safely.
