How to uninstall brasero-cdrkit from Ubuntu

Uninstall brasero-cdrkit

To uninstall just brasero-cdrkit package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove brasero-cdrkit

Uninstall brasero-cdrkit and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the brasero-cdrkit package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove brasero-cdrkit

Purging brasero-cdrkit

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of brasero-cdrkit from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge brasero-cdrkit

To delete configuration and/or data files of brasero-cdrkit and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge brasero-cdrkit
