How to uninstall boinc-app-examples from Ubuntu

Uninstall boinc-app-examples

To uninstall just boinc-app-examples package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove boinc-app-examples

Uninstall boinc-app-examples and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the boinc-app-examples package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove boinc-app-examples

Purging boinc-app-examples

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of boinc-app-examples from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge boinc-app-examples

To delete configuration and/or data files of boinc-app-examples and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge boinc-app-examples
