How to uninstall biff from Ubuntu

Uninstall biff

To uninstall just biff package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove biff

Uninstall biff and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the biff package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove biff

Purging biff

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of biff from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge biff

To delete configuration and/or data files of biff and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge biff

biff package information

section mail

a mail notification tool
