How to uninstall banshee-meego from Ubuntu

Uninstall banshee-meego

To uninstall just banshee-meego package itself from Ubuntu execute on terminal:

sudo apt-get remove banshee-meego

Uninstall banshee-meego and it's dependent packages

To uninstall the banshee-meego package and any other dependant package which are no longer needed on Ubuntu.

sudo apt-get autoremove banshee-meego

Purging banshee-meego

If you also want to delete configuration and/or data files of banshee-meego from Ubuntu then this will work:

sudo apt-get purge banshee-meego

To delete configuration and/or data files of banshee-meego and it's dependencies from Ubuntu then execute:

sudo apt-get autoremove --purge banshee-meego
